Healthy!

I went in to see my favorite Doctor for my 18 month check-up and she thought I looked great! I had been so healthy that I had forgotten what she looked like. I had to get 3 shots and some blood drawn, so I wasn't so happy. But, the good news is...I am off all of my real meds!!!! I only have a multivitamin and prevacid for reflux now! You should have seen all the meds I came home on!


I continue to be very active and I like to impress my physical therapist! I love to stand and I manage to pivot and move around...but not crawling yet. I am determined, so I know I will get there. I still enjoy watching Sesame Street, and playing with my grandmas all day. Don't most grandmas just come and play with you all day? :) My grandpas come around too sometimes during the day and I always have big smiles and claps for them! I still haven't figured out what I think of naps these days. Sometimes mom and dad come home and I have only taken an hour nap all day. I guess it's whatever I feel like...I usually get my way! :)

Thanks for continuing to check in on me. Mom has been really busy with her crazy kids at school so she is sorry for the lack of entries. I go in for a pre-op appointment this Monday and then I have my bronchoscopy on Tuesday, Oct. 26. Mom and Dad are very nervous since I have to be put under. They will just be inserting a little camera down my throat to look at my airways and esophagus. They have done this before when I was in the hospital, but I was on a ventilator then and I didn't come out of the anesthesia well. This time it is just considered day surgery.  Please send thoughts and prayers our way that I do well and have no complications.
