Mom's Best Birthday Ever!

Mom had the best birthday ever! We got to go on a walk as a family! YAY! I even got to meet some neighbors that I had never met. I think mom and I are going to have to go on a lot of walks this summer when she is home. I can't wait! Mom says this birthday was so much better than last, since I was still in the hospital last year. What a difference a year makes!

Just showing off my sitting skills! I have been perfecting them over the last several months, but now mom doesn't even need to stay behind me! Can you guess what I am watching? If you guessed Sesame Street, you are right! I just love that crazy Elmo! Some people might think I should be crawling or walking by now...but they will figure out that I do things on my own time. Have you had your chest cracked open twice? Did you lay on a bed in the ICU for 99 days? Didn't think so...so, like I said, I will do it all in my own time. Meanwhile I will just continue to show off my sitting to everyone! I am pretty proud! I continue to have PT to help me get stronger about once a week. But when my physical therapist comes I refuse to work and I just act tired and whiney to get out of it! I have them fooled! But, mom, dad, and the grandmas still work with me a lot on a daily basis to help me get stronger. I don't whine for them!

Mom and I are spending the week together since she has off for Spring Break. I'm kinda diggin' it! Lots of cuddling and playing and reading books together!
